Farmers Daughter Herbs

 
dill-white-sauce
5 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons flour
I cup milk
l tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Over low heat, melt butter, whisk in Flour. Gradually add milk stirring constantly. When sauce begins to thicken, sprinkle in the fresh dill. Simmer for 2 minutes. Makes 2 cups. Serve over ravioli, chicken, or fish.
