basil tomato crostini French bread cut diagonally
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Fresh Basil
1. First cut the french bread diagonally and drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on it. Toast in the oven for about 5 mins, until lightly golden.

2. Sprinkle on some shredded mozzarella cheese ( let it melt on bread).
3. Srinkle on some balsamic vinegar.

4. Add tomato and basil. Slice and Add Mozzarella Cheese

Bake until cheese is melted!
