sage-stuffing

 

1 onion chopped
1/4 cup butter
3 cups dried bread cubes
3 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
l egg
1/4 cup milk

Cook onion in butter until soft. Place cubes in large bowl, pour butter and onions on top, add egg, slightly beaten. sageand milk. Sprinkle on sage and mix well. If too moist, add more breadcubes or bread crumbs. Use to stuff poultry, fish, pork, lamb or chicken, and cook per meat recipe.
